Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information RuleSol (“we”, “us”) collects when you use rulesol.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. RuleSol is run by Mubashar in Lahore, Pakistan. For any privacy question, email mubashar@rulesol.com.

Information we collect

• Enquiry details you send us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country, the service you are interested in, budget, timeline, preferred contact method and your message.
• Technical details sent with an enquiry: your IP address, browser type and the page you sent it from. We use these only to prevent spam and abuse.
• Messages you send directly by email or WhatsApp, and information you share during calls or projects.
• Server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare your free audit and quote, and deliver any project you agree to.
• To send you a confirmation that we received your message.
• To keep the website and contact form secure and free of spam.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations if you become a client.

Where data protection laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR apply, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, on performing that contract, on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and on legal obligations. We do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website and email hosting provider (Hostinger) and the communication tools you choose to use with us (for example WhatsApp), or where the law requires it.

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan and work with clients worldwide, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by our service providers. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is processed.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on the conversation, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, enquiry records are stored outside the public website folder, and access to client systems is limited to what a project needs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email mubashar@rulesol.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
