Terms of use

Last updated 11 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of rulesol.com. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

Information on this website describes the services RuleSol offers. It is not a binding offer. Any project is governed by the written quote, scope or agreement we send you, which takes priority over anything on this website.

Free audit

The free audit is a no-obligation review of a process you choose to share. Recommendations and quotes are based on the information you provide. A quote is valid for the period stated on it.

Content and guidance

Articles and guides are general information to help you understand automation and related topics. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Check regulatory requirements that apply to your business with a qualified adviser.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics and code belong to RuleSol unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution. Ownership of work we build for clients is set out in each project agreement; by default, clients own the systems delivered to them once paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, sending spam through the contact form, or interfering with its operation.

Links to other websites

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites we link to.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, RuleSol is not liable for losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Questions can be sent to mubashar@rulesol.com or through the contact page.
